TRAVELING WITH IBS

I can manage my IBS fairly well at home, but as soon as I travel, it kicks in and I'm miserable. I just spent a weekend on our boat, and my stomach is killing me! Anyone else have this problem?

Travelling can be a bit of a problem. Did you stick with the eating for IBS diet when you were on the boat?
