Hello everyone! I was just recommended to embark on a course of Align together with Inulin powder, but read to my dismay (after purchasing this, of course) that these may not be the best options for IBS-C.
I don't want to risk more gas, but could definitely see that probiotics would be a good idea, esp as I have taken a lot of antibiotics in the (fairly distant) past...
Prior, I have taken Jarrow-Dophilus and L-Glutamine, but could not really say if there was an improvement as I took a break (and never restarted) after 3 weeks...
Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks!

hi i am ibs c and have been taking align for a year, i am not stable by any stretch of the imagination, however, once i started taking align i went from bm's once a week to bms every or every other day, they are still c style (hard and uncomfortable) but that is because of my poor diet, without align i would be much worse off, sometimes i would go nearly two weeks without a movement, now the longest i go without something happening is 36 hours, a huge change
