I'm curious as to whether using the acacia fiber interferes with absorption of the medications I take for anxiety and depression associated with IBS, among others for other health problems. I know that Fibercon says to not take it within 2 hours of other meds. But if I'm taking fiber all day long, there is no 2-hour window. Any recommendations? Take meds first, then fiber?

Hi there,
If you can take a med with food, then you can take it with the Tummy Fiber. Most meds, as well as vitamins and other supplements, are supposed to be taken with foods, so they can easily be combined with the Tummy Fiber without problem. If you do have to take a med on an empty stomach, then make sure you take it one hour before or two hours after the Tummy Fiber.
Best, Heather
