I have GERD, Lactose intolerence and IBS. I just wanted some general advice from others who deal with all three and quick and easy foods I can keep on hand and even some recipes. I have been trying to figure out some meals for my week where I don't get bored. I have been considering exercising again but am afraid too much intensity might be bad. I also have anxiety attacks related to my tummy issues so I think some exercise may be good for that too. Losing weight would probably do wonders for the GERD.

Have you looked at Heather's Eating for IBS diet. She makes suggestions for people with GERD and there are plenty of recipes too.

Exercise is good for IBS.

I cook alot of chicken and turkey breast (baked, broiled or in the crock pot) and keep on hand. You can add rice, potato, pasta or even a sandwich..makes for easy meals.
