I'm not eating legumes or soy products due to SIBO and fodmaps. I was recommended to not have tofu, soy products or legumes. Would 1 or 2 tbsp of teriyaki or soy sauce be enough residue to cause problems?

Soy and legumes are problematic for individuals with FODMAPs problems but they likely are not significant for SIBO which is a bacterial problem handled by antibiotics.

Small amounts of teriyaki and soy sayce give me problems. It is likely something you will have to experiment with to see if you can or cannot handle them.
