Just wondering what the 9 is for? You take the 2g of fat, multiplied by 9.. I'm a bit lost here.

Fats have 9 calories per gram. You multiply that by the number of grams of fat, which in this case is 2.

I had written the name but I do not know where my post went. I will get the name for tomorrow. Now Thanks to all. I'm learning so much. Those HFCS are in almost everything. Went to buy suchi and there it is. Heard a lecture and googled it and learned how bad it is for us but it's cheap. That's what's getting us all in such bad health together with transfats.
