Natalie, I'm sorry this was too expensive for you. Frankly, to me it's worth it because one pizza constitutes two meals, and both hubby and I love it. When I go to the health food store, I stock up on them, bringing home a freezer full. Okay, I REALLY love it!

Here's an alternative suggestion: have you tried toasted bagels? I've mentioned these before, but I'll just harp on them a little more: Sara Lee makes a sun-drived tomato and basil bagel that's INCREDIBLE. I toast it and put some soy butter on it -- but I'll bet it would be great with a little bit of pizza sauce and some soy cheese -- quick and easy. Whenever I toast it, my hubby thinks I'm making pizza, the smell is incredible -- and the taste even better.

A package of 4 bagels costs $3.39 at Safeway. That's four meals. Add the cost of soy cheese and pizza sauce, and it's still less than Amy's. Sound good?

Well, I can't have seeds because I have diverticulosis, so I stay away from strawberry anything. But I love blueberries, so I go for the WILD blueberry jelly. I don't eat the whole jar, just a teaspoon or two.
