I see that Little Minnie (and Heather) advises everyone to eat as much IF as they can tolerate. Do you eat any IF Syl?

Cheers

I eat very little. The only IF I have in my diet is from oatmeal, rice, wheat (bran removed), and peeled veggies (carrots, zucchini and green peppers). Generally speaking these foods contain equal amounts of SF and IF and when cooked they have a little resistant starch effectively making SF greater than IF.

I learned very quickly that when I reduced IF as much as possible my symptoms decrease dramatically. The next question I addressed was how to get a balanced diet with very little IF.
