Pages: 1 IBS with hiatus-hernia       #363446 - 02/13/11 08:18 AM Edit Reply Quote Joemagee Reged: 11/07/10 Posts: 6 I'm treating my ibs using Heather's Tummy fiber and following her diet. My ibs was getting better but I was still feeling lots of pain in my upper abdomen. I had a scope done and was told I have an duodenum ulcer and a hiatus -hernia. I was doing research and found out white flour,bread, rice etc can irritate my hernia. I eat those products because of the soluable fiber. So the food that helps my ibs inflames my hernia. What do you reccommend? There is a fine dance I need to do to get better.
