Pages: 1 Iron supplements       #363381 - 02/08/11 02:28 PM Edit Reply Quote MomD Reged: 01/31/11 Posts: 3 My 19 year old daughter was diagnosed with IBS (mostly C) a year ago. Although she is doing better, due mostly to Heather's wonderful books, she is slightly anemic. She has tried two different iron supplements in the past few months, and both made her very nauseated and constipated for days. Has anyone heard of or used Floridex Iron and Herbs? The same company (Flora Health-florahealth.com) makes another iron and herb supplement called Floravital Iron and Herbs; very similar but yeast free. She is currently taking a multi-vitamin with iron which usually is ok for her stomach, but should be on an iron supplement according to her doctor. Thank you for any help or suggestions.
