Would this be a better option for fructose malabsorption as compared to plain pasta? It says 80% spring wheat and 20% rice. It does not say brown or white rice, so I assumed white. But It has a lot of protein 8 grams and 3 grams of fiber per serving. Do you think this could be whole grain pasta even though it doesn't say?

I called the company and the customer service person said it did not contain whole wheat or rice. Presumably it is safe. The reduction in fructans will only be 20% so if wheat is 4% fructans in the worst case the amount of fructans will be reduce to 3.2% per serving.

O THX! I'll let you know how it is. I think it was made in Canada. I wonder tho, then where is the 3 grams of fiber per serving is coming from? They wouldnt be including the resistant starch would they?
