Anyone know if this is safe for fructose malabsorption? One of the last ingredients is natural pear flavor (not juice).

Is this the product you are asking about? If yes the ingredients given there are: Lemongrass, orange peel, ginger, licorice, eleuthro leaves, rose hips, safflower, stevia (a nutritional supplement), apple juice concentrate, honey, fresh ginger juice concentrate, pear flavor and citric acid.
Apple juice concentrate and honey have excess fructose.

hmm, yea thats the product but the ingredients are different in the one i tried. It has: water, lemongrass, orange peel, ginger root, licorice root, rose hips, cane sugar, ginger juice, lemon juice, natural pear flavor and citric acid. I was unsure about the pear flavor and ginger juice, and Im assuming the licorice may be a problem. The whole bottle has 36 grams of sugar.

Licorice, ginger and pear flavor shouldn't be a problem. Wow - 36 grams of sugar is a lot
