I'm worried

So, a little while ago, I was having a stress-like feeling marathon (where I would stress, I don't think I'm able to stay in one place). This happened a number of times before where I would stress (or do something like it) and not know what I was stressed and/or anxious about. This really ticks me off, because I think it's one of the things that lead to my pains. The scary thing is , is that before I would have little stress marathons and sometimes have pains later those nights. But today, I felt minor pain that I wasn't able to shake off until just a second ago when I stopped stressing. So, can anyone tell me if this is going to mean horrors for me later tonight? My grandpa says it would help if I wouldn't stress anymore, and I agree. Thanks to all of you!

It would be helpful if you could explain what you mean by feeling stress and perhaps what you think starts it.
When you get these feelings do you also have strong feelings of panic or fear?
Where in you abdomen do you feel the pain?
If you lie down, relax and do something like listen to music do the feelings pass more quickly than if you keep walking around?
When is the last time you say a doctor for a general physical checkup?

To answer your questions:
Not really, since nowadays I get angry that I feel can't control it.
Kind of in my upper abdomen/stomach area. It's like a dark, rubbery pain when it's at its worst.
I actually did lie down and tried to relax to see if it would help, but I only got a little more stressed, so I did walk around and then I posted that message, and I guess that calmed me down. THEN the pain kinda went away.
Last year around fall.
By the way, I have another question about pretzels. My grandpa bought be Rold Gold pretzel sticks today, and I had a few. I believe you told me they were okay because they had no high fructose corn syrup, just regular corn syrup. But I'm concerned about the salt. There is salt on the pretzels, so I'm just wondering if that was okay to eat them.
