Sometimes when I am getting nausea, stomach ache, or reflux, I drink Honeybush tea. Today I found on the internet that "Honeybush tea's antispasmodic effect relieves stomach cramps and colic in infants. For adults, it relieves stomach and digestive problems such as nausea, constipation, ulcers and heart burn." You can probably find it in your local health food store - it really works for me! (Peppermint is too strong with my reflux.) Just thought some of you may want to try it.

Honeybush tea is a great alternative to peppermint. I love it too

Honeybush is something totaly different than 'regular' honey I guess?

Honeybush was named because it tastes a bit like honey but doesn't have honey it it. Another good one (often considered a sister to honeybush) is Rooibus. Both are very calming to the tummy. It's nice to have some different choices from time to time
