Some things on the list effect don't everyone every time they eat them. Many things effect most people most of the time they eat them. The only way to know for sure which things are big triggers for you is to remove all possible triggers from your diet for at least a month. Once you are feeling better you can slowly start adding things back to identify those things maybe less problematic for you. Do you live with your grandparents?
