Fructose Breathe Test Questions

So I am finally getting this done not this coming, but the following Tuesday.
I had a few questions.
The instruction sheet I got just said
A. No anti-biotics 1 months prior
B. No stomach meds 2 weeks before

I take Benefiber/Acidophillus/and beano.
I called them up and asked if these were ok.
They seemed to indicate Benefiber and Acidophillus were fine.
They stressed antacid meds (pepto) weren't.

Anyway, just to be sure, I wanted to ask you folks who have taken it before your recommendations.
Is my regiment of:
A. Benefiber
B. Acidophillus
C. Beano

OK to continue through the testing?

Also...how long does it take to get the results?
