Have you tried Subway? That's something that my husband and I eat a lot. I always get the oven roasted chicken breast on flat bread with NO cheese (unless you bring your own soy or vegan cheese) with a little bit of lettuce and fat free honey mustard. It's always agreed with me.

As long as you think about the ingredients, the SF diet is the easiest thing you can do 'on the go.'
Chinese take out - get rice or noodles; their soups are always good for me Fast food - baked potatos (say NO butter or toppings, unless you can handle them. I can have margarine but not butter); grilled chicken burgers, salads Food court - get 'you make' sandwiches like subway and avoid the cheeses and heavy sauces
Good luck
