I have two questions.. 1. I know stevia is supposed to be safe. How many people have stevia without problems? Anyone have problems with it? Sometimes I feel like stevia creates the same problem that too much fructose causes me, like excess air in the intestines. 2. Quinoa is supposed to be safe for all right? Even though it says whole grain quinoa in the ingredients, the 3grams of fiber per serving are soluble? Thanks

I don't know about Stevia because I don't use artificial sweeteners. Quinoa is supposed to be safe. I eat it regularly and have never had problems with it. It's a great source of SF and protein.

Stevia is just as natural as sugar only calorie free. Just get one that is pure. Like the Now brand in the orange box or the Sun Crystals with some sugar. I have 5 stevia seedlings growing under lights right now. Natural as can be!
I thought quinoa was more SF but some IF too. Try it with SF frist just to be sure.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
