I know bison is red meat, but apparently it has less fat than skinless light meat chicken! But is it safe for IBSers to eat?

Hello Heather:
Thank you so much for your reply. I've been off red meat for years now since discovering your diet. But I was curious about bison since I saw the article saying it was low in fat.
Thank you so much for clarifying that bison is not safe. I will stick to seafood and skinless white poultry meat.
Regards,
Belinda
