Okay, this reference views Gluten Sensitivity as a real thing and that avoiding it could help IBS, doesn't it?

Generally speaking like the other article I believe it says there isn't a firm understand of gluten sensitivity other than celiac disease and while there are some hypothesis it is a gray area (no man's land) that requires considerably more research.

In order to understand how the hypothesis fits your situation and your test results you will have to speak with a GI doc.
