Just saw a commercial for something and looked it up. Crystal Light has a new drink without artificial sweeteners: Crystal Light Pure Fitness
Is the truvia sweetener an OK option for us?

Ooh, I am always looking for drinks that have flavour but without the added sugar or artificial sweeteners. I thought I found some Crystal Lite I could drink but then found out it did have aspartame in it once I got it home - darn it!
Anyway, as far as I know, truvia (or stevia) is a safe sweetener. I actually bought some last week at the grocery store so that I could try using it in baking, tea, etc.
Having said that, I don't know that this would be totally safe for everyone because it does still seem to have a lot of artificial ingredients.
