Hey aperson,
Maybe it would help for you, you'd have to try. If you are thinking of taking herbs long term, it would be a great idea for you to see an herbalist who can prescribe you a formula that fits your needs exactly. I know it can be an expense but you can go just once and see what they say, what kind of herbs may be better for you based on your symptoms. Ive gone for 40 bucks and you can ask them to give you a tea or a formula in a pill. The tea is supposed to work better but it is more work and often tastes extremely bad!

By the way, after looking at it again, I kind of think the price is a bit of a rip off for what actually in it.

I have heard great things about E3 live for digestion and overall energy, anyone ever tried that? Im not so sure if it's IBS safe though. My friends witout IBS who take it swear by it.

what do u mean pay 40 bucks for them to give me tea? maybe there is an herb doctor or someone who sees one that can print that out and ask the natural doctor their opinion on that supplement? it is pricey but its worth a try probly
