1. I saw an oat drink in the store and there was oat husk and oat bran in the ingredients. This may cuase problems right because the bran was not removed? What about the husk? 2. Should spinach flavored pasta be safe? Just wheat durum flour and spinach? THanks:)

Why not make Avena (oatmeal drink) yourself then you know exactly what is in it? There are other recipes - just Google Avena.
Spinach pasta should be fine as long as it isn't made from whole wheat durum flour. It is made from whole wheat flour it should say so on the package.

Thanks:) I will try the drink. It is not whole wheat pasta, do you think this would actually count as a serving of vegetables? It does say spinach in the ingredients. It is kind of expensive for pasta and just wondering if it was worth buying. It has a bit higher percentage of vitamins than regular pasta but not much. NO more fiber either.
