need relif so bad horrid explosive gas and the most rotten burning burps can't sleep hardly slep all night have to work today,i'm at a loss I hope its ok I never take medicine as i'm too afraid...but I have no idea what else to do took 1 chewable capsule..

it was the worst night I had in my life and I really mean it,deep horrid rotten nasty tasting burnps then gas exploding out the other end,it was all so uncomfortable and painful,hardly any sleep,pepcid ac did nothing for watever was wrong.

What did you eat the previous day? Sounds like too much IF.

don't remember everything..bubba bagel (no trans fat,plain lowfat) with organic blueberry preserves/organic rasberry preserves,some oreos(dairy free) this made with soymilk,left out cayene,oh peeled potatoes,used earth balance instead of butter,I also purreed every vegtable to a watery mush and sereved over white rice- http://www.recipezaar.com/Potato-Crab-Chowder-79222

wensday night I ate a foot long chicken breast sub on plain white or italian bread

can't be getting to much IF..oh I ate lays kettle cooked origional chips

yesterday took 2 tsps of phsylum husk

Psyllium husk is 30% IF. It could be part of the problem. Have you taken it before or was this the first time? Did you have plain or whole wheat bagels? Pureeing vegetables does not change the amount of IF they contain. It only ensures that there are no large chunks of food with IF. What veggies did you puree?

the first time I used physlum it worked great had a nice bm..then after that anytime I tried it didn't work like that miracle night. I pureed an onion and celery,potatoes,they were cooked too,does cooking change the IF? the bagel was plain white,oh the creamed corn I purreed too,every vegtable,maybe a combo of bad food still in mysystem?

Cooking does very little to the IF content of food. You veggie puree had a lot of IF in it from celery, onions and particularly the cream corn. I am not surprised that you are having difficulties.

I had so much sf this week thought it would be fine served over rice..I'm so drained and nap is out of the question,what can I eat or drink to give me energy for work?
