i have i bloated tummy i am in bad pain and i never had a bm today and now it night time i am have the runns in little bits and i hate it help why is this happen

I'm pretty depressed and down too. I'm focusing on diet and fitting my size 3 pants. I hope I will lose some weight and stop bulging out someday. yes really hard to get out of this bad cycle but I won't give up.

maybe something u are eating is upsetting your ibs and you don't realize it. it could be a combination of things like stress and anorexia.perhaps u need to start eating more or more snacks. Have you heard of caltrate? I read some good things about it helping C. would u discuss that with whorewell?

I know hard not to feel hopeless. ibs is unfortunate and frustrating perhaps one day we will get this under control. I really think u should give the caltrate a good try.
