It's usually quiet here on the weekends ... but until folks come back there is some good information to read here:web page
-------------------- Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, “I will try again tomorrow”. Mary Anne Radmacher

The lack of expertise from doctors as to diet is why Heather came up with her diet. No one has ever gotten much help from doctors as to what to eat. Many doctors will just say to eat fiber but don't even know there is soluble and insoluble.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
