if you keep on changing the dosage you will likely make yourself feel worse as per heather's sticky at the start of the board.

Wait, what's wrong with chewing gum if it doesn't contain artificial sweeteners? I use this strategy every night.

It has been documented that chewing gum of any type (same with drinking through a straw) introduces gas creating air into the GI system, thus aggravating IBS symptoms.

I miss chewing mint gum to remove loose particles of food from my teeth when eating out and can't easily brush food particles away with a toothbrush.

Flossing is best, and soft toothpicks will remove food particles and are also good for the gums and teeth, though requires a trip to the restroom after eating out in a restaurant before moving on. For refreshing breath, one hard peppermint candy works well and can aid digestion too.

You say you eat bad food when you eat at MC Donalds. What do you eat there?

I choose to eat the fish sandwich or chicken when we go there,I only eat a few fries and that is after eating the sandwich.

Let me say we eat there less than once a month also.

I think you could can eat safe food where ever you go.Try eating a plain bun first and then a small salad or wrap even.

But what is it you keep eating?

fries I always find pieces of mcdonalds fries in my stool. I ate a big piece of meat on a plain bun with 1 piece of cheese. I was stressed like no other and in the worse mood ever when I did it,I don't know that I can say I regret it now as how darn good it tasted so if I suffer maybe its worth it this time. I am back on track today. I want to make this today http://www.savvyvegetarian.com/vegetarian-recipes/vegan-chocolate-cake.php it looks too high in fat,but still. do u think 2 round heart cake pans work just fine? don't know if they are 9inch..
