s talking to proffeser whorewll to day cos am not on a probiotic
as i wont have activa cos i dont like dairy he says the best on out there and hes trieing to get over in uk is align says it have results am so happy that you all or most are on it can i have feed back about it please i am going to order some on line if profferser whoerwell says its goog must me how much is it

Prof Whorwell's group did the orginal clinical studies on Align the results of which was published in 2006.

You can order align on-line from http://www.aligngi.com/buy-align. I am not sure they will ship to the UK. Give it a try and tell us how it goes.

I hope it helps you. I didnt get any relief from it I am taking philips colon health I hope it works. it is about $30 s box and philips is like $13

I take align and I'm not sure how much it helps. I still have symptoms so it's hard to tell if it helps at all. Probably.

You can take it despite the milk. Syl can better explain the reason behind this!

It contains a very very small amount of milk protein but no lactose. I believe the small amount comes from the fact that the probiotic is original grown on milk proteins and not every tiny spec can be removed during the extract process so milk protein is listed in the ingredients list.
