sorry nope not feel out with you at all i have been so ill and scared to post cos i feel people think am sily and i say same thing all time and only certain kind people answer me
am feeling OK to day but and no going to jinks my self

We are all in this ibs mess together and it's good to see your posts. Your posts remind me that I am really not alone here with my troubles, and at times just that helps keep me sane.

thank you means allot to no i have support there for me
i have been in a meeting with professor whorwell and he sort of helped me
told me i need to stay calm and that i have to eat foods that are safe for me and not food that will help me go the loo cos i have medicine for that and just write it all down and carry on with the hypo
only think he did do was upset me but he never meant to
just said about my old eating disorder clinic and i flipped saying i was never going back there never needed there help at all
and he said that was fine just a thought
that clinic did me more harm than good

its mad you no i have been so good for 3 days and tonight bad pains and graps and i just dont no why i have writen all down and did nil wrong all blended foods and dont feel stressed at all well do now cos pains

hi cyndy
am so so been to hypno to day and was ok just work but consapted and makes me down and then i have to travel lots to get there for treatment and i have only been in a hour and i have rushed my tea cos i like to keeep to routen and i feel sick no am am so bloated
any way how are you hows things down your end have you had a good day
