any problems with shrimp?

is this gentle and totally safe for everyone..there is a recipe that sounds really good to me..I do have a food intolerance to clams and clam juice..I'm also thinking of trying canned red salmon and cutting off the dark meat.

Shrimp is an excellent safe IBS food. I eat them almost daily. Canned salmon is also excellent. You don't have to worry about the dark meat which is not the same as the dark meat on chicken or turkey. Enjoy them both.

I do fine with both of these. I get Trader Joes canned salmon which is really low in fat. Like 0.5 grams or so.

I do fine with shrimp. I've never been a fan of canned salmon, but I do fine with fresh or frozen.
