I'm having actual d and have been up for about 1 hour and had d 3 times. I'm wondering what is causing it,if it is something I ate. It couldn't be the caltrate could it? the one in the purple and white containter? I read that one helps d..It could be a number of things something I ate, maybe took a little too much fiber? ANyway hardly EVER happens I get actual D. SHould I take 1/2 or 1/3 capsule by 3:30 pm? don't want it to work right away because at the same time it is nice to Go alot and maybe will feel better getting a ton out of me today as I am so used to incomplete evacuation. While It really sucks to feel I have 1 minute to get to the toilet...as least I'm in ther 1 or 2 mins instead of anywhere betwen 5-15 at a time.

Many supplements are ground up plant material and contain a high amount of IF.
