I am starting to really notice the importance of having a balanced diet. I am finding that I eat too much sugars in general and that can cause cramping. Alot of the safe foods that are recomended can also be high in sugar and I think it is very important to make sure you are not eating too much of these high sugar foods. I have a feeling that is the casue of pain for a lot of people on these boards; not eating a balanced diet, eating too much fructose and sugars and not eating enough insoluble fiber (which is tough cuse you have to make sure to balance this out carefully). Its really hard to eat a balanced diet like this but I notice the days I am able to do this I feel a whole lot better and happier. Today, unfortunately wasn't one of those days lol.
