ok am always c i have my laxitive each night and i go bit lose never a stool but i go and thats good for me 10 mins after i wake up but for last 3 days am in a bad bad way never been this bloated before in hole life and am not going loo when i wake am going later on in day about 6 times tiny bit and am still feel full and consapted and bloating omg is so bad and the pain i have not changed i thing only thing diffrent is i have started hypno help me whats happen and and what can i do also www.questvitamins.co.uk

corn and rice for breakfast and blueberrys and soya milk or water think soya causeing gas mango for dinner yellow hadoke fish and carrots or squash few green beans
snack rasberries and corn snack orangic carrot flaver there babies snacks a few rasions
lots fennel tea water and peppermint tea and my sodium picosulphate medicen from dr whorewell am so sad and now i have feel out with my dad

Julie mangoes and raisins are high in excess fructose. Don't you diet advisers recommend that you eat low excess fructose foods? If yes, you might ask them if mangoes and raisins are okay. These foods alone could be causing problems if you have problems with excess fructose foods. And you might stop eating soy milk for a couple of weeks too.

that is not the answere..just be more careful what you eat..why don't you try rasberries,blueberries and kiwi? why don' you cook some celery and chicken? Have you tried caltrate? Have you tried natural calm?

Perhaps being sad and having a falling out with your dad is also contributing to your issues.
