Is it because I ate something my ibs didn't like or its something that will just happen to me? If you have IBS and you are not "stable", then yes, you are going to have symptoms. And some of those symptoms might interfere with your ability to sleep. My symptoms prevent me from getting to sleep without a prescription sleeping pill. It's not ideal but it's a better on my gut than knocking myself out with wine which is what I used to do. -------------------- IBS-C, lots of spasm and trapped gas.
