THis looks safe except maybe for the wheat bran which is the second to last ingredient. Since it is so low down on the list, does that mean that it is low in insoluble fiber and should be ok, or is wheat bran in itself an actual trigger no matter what the percentage?? I usually can not have whole wheat products.
Thanks:)

I don't know about others but small amounts of wheat bran or any cereal bran will definitely cause me problems. You may have to try it to find out.

I am bit confused. The ingredient list that I find on the Internet says it contains: fresh mashed bananas, raw turbinado sugar, whole wheat flour (whole wheat flour and malted barley flour), fresh eggs, canola, sliced alomonds, baking soda and sea salt.

Whole wheat flour is the third ingredient. Is the ingredient list on your banana bread the same? Or are you talking about the banana bread mix?

Happy New Year
