Would these two ingredients in a sugar substitute be safe with IBS? What about if you are sensitive to fructose?

Erythritol is a sugar alcohol which are known to be problems for some IBSers. Vegetable glycerin shouldn't be a problem. Many artificial sweeteners are problematic for IBSers. Stevia without any added ingredients such as FOS or inulin would be a fine sugar substitute. Personally, I just stick with white and brown sugar but moderate my consumption.
