You can get de-caf green tea in the health food store. I don't know about the grocery store. I drink it all the time along with chamomile tea. Green tea is very good for you.

It would specify that it's decaf, yes.

yes that's what i meant, lipton green tea has decaf so is it okay even tho it's not from a health food store?
