Imitation Crab Meat/feel so sick

thought it was safe,see there is sorbitol,artificial flavors and some other stuff in it..heathers sweet corn and crab soup calls for imitation crab meat..is there a safe brand? I just ate a bunch today..I wanted all bad food to be out of my system by monday so I could feel good monday night at the twilight movie...is it possible it can come out monday afternoon?
why do I feel so sick,crabby,shaky? I had heather's old fashioned banana creme pie without bananas,heather's tuna melt sandwiches,some smemi swee ghiradeli all natural choc. chips,baked lays,begenaise,imitation crab meat..feel like im gonna hurl its 4:15 must get ready for work though...work at 5!

too late for the bad food thing..I can't stop eating the deer jerky my dad made now...can stuck mucus or a small stuck stool make me almost throw up?
oh on the 19th after I bought tofutti better than sour crem it said best used by the 20th..its the 22 and i think it taste bad,irritated.
I feel so guilty about the jerky now.
