I just had the Jok Porridge and my stomach is hurting. I did put a little sesame oil in it...could that be the culprit? I also had a snack pack cup of peaches in some light syrup. Maybe that was it?

that's a much more likely culprit.

There should only be a tiny bit of sesame oil in jok - it's basically all just white rice and water.

Light syrup usually signifies fruit juice not HFCS. IMO the food wasn't the problem but either how/when it was eaten- like too long between eating, stress, eating too quickly. I will feel yucky after plain white rice if I was 1. too hungry 2. ate too quickly 3. ate too much
