If they are was hoping to take to work with me...ibs so bad today and I refuse to take tylenol or cold medicine in fear of anything upsetting my ibs more.

is ground ginger in hot water safe? is there any IF in the ground ginger? I wanted to make tea because it said it was good for cold. Ginger Tea:

1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of ground ginger

or should I use regular gingertoot and put a chunk in hot water?

I don't know about Ricola. Perhaps look for a drop that contains menthol but no hfcs, fructose or artifical sweetners. By the way - tylenol with no other cold ingredients is not likely to bother IBS.

Have fun at work

What does heather say about tylenol? just to be safe I think I'll avoid it.

They look fairly safe. You will have to give them a try.

Good luck

I prefer to make ginger tea out of a peeled chunk of ginger boiled in water for a minute and steeped for a long time. then drink and add more water to the ginger chunk.

I use ricola all the time.
