i woke to day am bloated bad and it hurts belly bloted help whats happen i had pappy last night you think thats why

sorry papaya fruit or you no am thinking i have gone back on soya milk it might be that don't no if to have goats milk now am so so confused all the time heads spinning

I believe Prof. Whorwell's group has you on a low excess fructose diet. Papaya is a fruit with excess fructose. It probably gave you the runs
Here is a link to a web page with information about fructose in foods. At the bottom of the page is a table with a list of foods to (1) safe to eat, (2) try in moderation and (3) avoid. If you look at the fruits to avoid you will see that papaya is on the 'avoid' list.

hi there yes sorry it i did i really thank you for your help and advice i really do it is true that when am more stressed and worried i am worse that's a true fact but some times its like am ok and its just bad i hate it so much i always wonder if i never got anorexia would i be like this now i do still suffer and get more worried my weight will be high if i don't go the loo each day i fear all fatty foods but that's ok cos there out in ibs diet any way i really try hard to be calm and relaxed but i hate now one really to take to all my friends are married and have kids and my mum has vascular dementia and my dads up the wall with her and says i need to just get over it if my bellys swollen and i haven't been the loo let nature take its cause omg i be waiting for ever if i did that lol
