I know this idea has been suggested to you many times. The EFI diet does not work for everyone and there is nothing wrong with trying a different approach to see if you get better results. Explore your options and do some research to see if you can find something that will work for you. There is no point getting mad at the people that the EFI diet does work for. Those giving you advice are only relaying the info and things that work for them.
