healthy homemade potatoe chips

you will need these

1. potato, sliced paper thin (peel optional)

1/2. teaspoon salt, or to taste

and one microwave with microwave safe dish

1. Arrange potato slices in a single layer on the dish.

2. season to your taste you should add just a pinch of salt for taste

3. Cook in the microwave for 3 minutes

4. flip the potato over and cook for another 2 minutes or until golden " will look like a regluar chip"

5. Remove chips from plate and enjoy

these are a great tasting snack and healthy works great with a cup of green tea as well enjoy

Thank you so much for this quick and easy recipe! I made them tonight and my husband even liked them, he couldn't believe that I didn't put anything else on them but salt! Delicious!
