very acid reflux friendly recipes?

everything is so bad right now and I'm nasous and acid has been coming in my mouth latly..so I'm very sensitive and I also need some IF right now..what is something tasty?

Since I've gotten ibs..my whole body has been so off balance and I feel so nasty everyday..between never going without trapped gas and feeling uncomfortable to laying down and pushing on trapped gas and having a bunch of nasty acid come into my mouth..and last night I like puked some nasty acid,it was so disgusting..take a look at this http://www.energiseforlife.com/list_of_alkaline_foods.php should I get this and try to balance my diet more,of course being ibs safe..I mean I even feel my,Idk like sides and lower stomach feel kinda burning or acidic?

Thank you; but my knowledge of acid reflux and heartburn is very limited.
I did do a ph test one time. It is a two week supply of litmus strips. I found I was in the good range. I don't know if or how ph and acid in the stomach are related.

is this the answere or not really? http://www.muschealth.com/healthyaging/acidreflux.htm I thought heartburn would be like a burning sensation...I mostly just have acid come into my mouth..but feel some burning in my sides or like lower stomah or watever its called.
