Hi!

I just bought a package of Wasa Light Rye Crispbread crackers last night; the only ingredients are whole grain rye flour and sea salt. Would these be safe to eat? I know that rye bread is safe, but I wasn't sure about these. I am trying to get more whole grains in my diet.

Thanks,
Heatherrenee

I would be leary of them for most people. If you try them it should be with SF base.

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Ok, I'll have to try them with a SF base. Thanks!
