I was using a brand that had to be refrigerated, but that is not good if you are traveling and can't keep it refrigerated. It worked pretty good too.

Very few probiotics have been clinically tested for IBS. Align and VSL#3 have been clinically tested. They don't need to be refrigerated. They are a bit expensive.

I've been using Align for about 5 months and I did get added relief from my symptoms. I pay about $30/month for it.

I use Align, and so far have had great results. I've been taking it for about 3 months now. It's cost is $30.00 a month, but I'm willing to spend $1.00 a day to feel this good. I still follow Heather's diet plan, but can eat more variety of foods than ever before.
