Smart Water and MetroElectro water have electrolytes without sweeteners, flavors, colors- just plain water. I also tolerate Sobe Life Water and Langers Water (can't find anymore). I farm and sweat a lot.

If you drink too much water without eating the right foods it can be dangerous. Can you try changing your diet? Can you add more salt and more potassium?

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

Sorry for the delay in reply, I haven't been feeling to well.

I'm pretty opposite as far as sweat, I don't seem to sweat at all. Even when I could be outdoors I never seemed to sweat much.

I'm working hard on trying to change my diet, I don't like starving all the time, but seems everything has some kind of reaction, wheat and gluten are a huge issue with my body. I've got boneless skinless chicken back into my diet for protein, and I'm trying to find some safer veggies to incorporate into my diet as well.
