Hey there! Like Heather said, coffee is a BIG no no! I can drink a half of a cup and be miserable all day long!
Try taking a Vitamin B complex (high potency) I take the ones in the green bottle. Don't really know what the brand is though. It realy helps to replace the energy that's lost from coffee!
For the headaches, I used to take Excedrin tension headache medicine that worked very well. It does have a little caffeine, but it doesn't bother me. If you can't take it, stick with Tylenol just for a couple of days and then you should be good as gold after those withdrawals go away!
The headaches will go away in a couple of days, I promise! I used to drink 4-5 cups a day (with splenda ) The artificial sweetener on top of caffeine is a real killer!
HTH!
HUGS!
