is whole grain wheat flour IF? I bought some cereal, kashi square things with cinamon..Also I saw wal mart had a great value choc. soy milk and the ingredients looked the same as silk, but cheaper..except the great value said organic soybeans and silk said all natural or something. Do they taste the same,or what one is better??
I have tried several different brands of soy milk and I prefer Silk. I guess the only way you would know if you like the Wal-Mart brand is if you try it.
so I bought some kashi cereal thinking whole grain wheat is probly mostly SF as it's not whole wheat..here's the cereal I bought http://kashistore.com/detail/KHI+835004
If you read the nutritional information on the label you will see it says it contains 5 grams of dietary fiber of which 1 gram is soluble fiber and 4 grams is insoluble fiber. The first ingredient on the list of ingredients is "organic whole grain wheat". Whole grain wheat is always IF.

so would u say that is alot of IF? maybe If I ate a mango banana smoothie with rice milk before the cereal? or maybe a piece of bread? or mix it with some rice chex cereal? that should really help,do u think?
Whole flour and grains are at the top of the IF list. They contain bran. They are high in IF. They are not particularly safe no matter how much SF you eat with it or before it.
