Am dying for some chicken fried rice or sweet and sour chicken. This is a big no no right? Is the chicken fried rice really fried?

I believe so! I think it is all a big no no. The only thing I ever get is the Chicken Moo Goo Gai Pan or the Chinese Vegetables, but all the sodium makes me bloated, and it all makes me gassy (unless I take bean-o before)! I tried a piece of my fiance's sweet & sour chicken, oh no! Will never do that again! I had killer pain immediately! It is deep fried chicken and so greasy!
I hope that helps.

You can have the chicken fried rice, if and only if you make it yourself. You can make into a safe food. I don't eat chicken, but when I did, my mom made a very good chicken fried rice. It never gave me any problems at all. The key to the frying is make it brief with a small amount of olive oil. The rice is the boil in bag, white rice, so it is already cooked when you add it to the skillet. I would not buy the packaged seasoning, but make my own.
